INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz. Bourbon
  • 1 oz. Cherry Heering
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 small egg white
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters (Opt.)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker.

  2. Dry shake for approx 15 sec.

  3. Add ice and shake again.

  4. Strain into a tumbler with ice.
