NOTES

This Smuggler's Cove original is hard to say but easy to drink. If you're wondering, Hawaii's state fish is the namesake.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
  • 2 oz gin
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz fresh pineapple juice
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.

  2. Add ice and shake hard for 10 sec.

  3. Strain into a chilled rocks glass.

  4. Garnish with an orchid.
